Why He’s Hot:

Those songs. Love him or not, there’s no denying this boy has had a damn good musical output. First of all, he fronted one of the best bar bands from the alt-country scene, Whiskeytown. In those days he was about as badass as you could get, with his twangy tunes about having a broken heart, or being too drunk to dream. Ah yes, those were the days, but it didn’t end there. His post-Whiskeytown career spans a whopping 10 full length albums is under 10 years. Not to mention the countless (and I mean this literally) unreleased material that only those well versed in their Ryan Adams knowledge seem to know about. The guy is so prolific, he’d probably have a song written in his head about making hot fucking love to you on a pool table while he was still actually making hot fucking love to you.

Performance is everything (wink, wink). Just try not to think lustful thoughts while watching this, or this. If it’s any indication of how mind blowingly amazing he is in the sack, I think every woman he’s come into contact with has been left very pleased. That’s a sure fire knock ‘em out and knock ‘em up performance, I’d say.

The man knows how to dress. From the flannel pearl snap buttoned cowboy shirts he wore back in the WT days, to the sexy (and oh so hipster) suit and tie/buttons combo, he’s a fashion icon in his own unique way. Imagine the fun to be had, going on a clothing shopping spree with this fellow on your arm? The fitting room fuck possibilities are endless. Also, he can rock a Batman shirt like no one else I know. And whoever said glitter platform boots were out?

He’s funny, too.

Apparently, he was a plumber long before fame struck. Is it just me, or can you now totally envision the cheesy porn-like scenarios involved with this specific line of work? With an ass like that, it’s no wonder. Mmmm, you’re welcome.

that’s brutal honesty from a guy and I commend you for it! seriously though, please know that everyone else feels this way too to a certain degree (I certainly do…accept I’m possibly worse off because I can’t do the “get drunk and fuck someone at don’t care about” either!!) ha ha …I say musta up all your strength and go for it ! She can only say no , then you’ll be bruised for a while, but you’ll get over it , OR….she MIGHT say yes!!! x

Went shopping with my roommate this afternoon, in hopes of getting some of the sales without dealing with the crowds. The only thing on my shopping list was a new coat being that they were half price at Old Navy. Of course, when we got there, the one coat I like was sold out in my size except for white. White and I don’t get along so well… It gets dirty so easily. So I left the one coat in my size in hopes of getting it on the internetz later. Michael also convinced me that I did not need to buy a pair of jeans a size smaller than I currently wear just because of the good price.

Then we went to the shoe store, where other than a big pile of designer bags and racks of shoes no one can really afford, even at the sale price, there wasn’t a sale going on. Other than the same sale they always have going on. I looked through and tried on a couple pairs of sneaks, to replace my worn out gym shoes. But decided that since my work hours are changing Monday to a time that is not conducive to getting to the gym on weekdays, well, new gym shoes were not a priority today.

After stopping for soup and a sandwich, we went to the mall. I hate the mall on regular days, let alone the infamous shopping day of the year. I tried on a few sweaters, but left them at the store. Michael got a button down to wear under sweater vests should he have a fancy client meeting (that requires more dressing up than wearing a polo with his jeans).

Lastly, we went to the office supply store. Michael had a few techie gadgets on his list, and picked them up. He also convinced the store to price match on a sale for another store so that we wouldn’t have to walk over there. I saw a keyborad/ mouse set on sale and remembered how my mouse is degenerating into some kind of goo and is sticky at the front of the buttons, so I got a new one. The keyboard is curved, but I seem to be getting used to it quickly. The mouse has lazers.. so watch out!

As to getting the coat on the internetz - they apparently sold out there too. The coat I like wasn’t even listed anymore, except in plus sizes. I almost bought the plus size coat before I noticed that it was more than $10 over the cost of the regular coat in the same size. Craziness. So all that shopping and all I got was a new keyboard and mouse….

Nightmare! Yeah shopping when it’s busy is horrid - I always avoid the sales …! They scare me. Shame about the coat huh? I don’t get on with white coats either , the only time I would take a shade like that would be maybe a classic cream mac Audrey Hepburn style…but I tend to go for more of a funky, rather than “classy” coat! x

Mmmm Brandon Boyd. He’s the lead singer of the insanely awesome band Incubus and not only does he have some serious pipes, but he plays guitar and writes the songs as well. He’s so hot that even his fellow band members can’t keep their hands off of him.

He’s the quintessential delicious California boy, with the skating and surfing and perma-tan, the long lean body and casual style. He’s a really chill, laid back guy. You know those types, they are the ones that like long walks on the beach, but not in the cheesy match.com way - in the let’s smoke some weed as we walk until the sand stops and talk about how fucking intense it is that there’s a whole ‘nother world under that water over there before we find a pier to fuck under.

He rages against the machine. He’s a vegan, a feminist, and an atheist. He’s all about living not only the good life but a good life and with a smile like his, it wouldn’t be hard for him to convince you to throw on some Toms, give up bacon and join him in his hippie existence.

He’s an artist and a damn good one. He designed his own tattoos, he paints, and he and his band mate Jose drew all the art for their video Drive. How sexy is that? I wouldn’t mind the paint on his fingers transferring to my clothes, skin and sheets, and neither would you.

Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum, look at those goddamn obliques. I’ll just end this here. Happy Thanksgiving mother fuckers. *drops keyboard and walks away*
