i have put on about 7ibs in the last year - boo! i am trying to lost maybe 14 or something…i have found the only way i can is with shit loads of exercise… so up goes my astanga yoga and walks!
i don’t think i’m built to be thin, i love my hourglass body shape, but when you see photos of yourself on facebook where you cringe cos you look a bit bigger than you had hoped it makes you think….oops. better watch myself for a while.
people have told me it’s “contentment”. is that true? i guess.
