pounds and more pounds!
I’ve done 2 hours of astanga yoga, 2 1 hour walks and eaten like a fucking saint this week so far… if I don’t lose even 1 pound I’ll be so annoyed!

ugh.
i have put on about 7ibs in the last year - boo! i am trying to lost maybe 14 or something…i have found the only way i can is with shit loads of exercise… so up goes my astanga yoga and walks!
i don’t think i’m built to be thin, i love my hourglass body shape, but when you see photos of yourself on facebook where you cringe cos you look a bit bigger than you had hoped it...
i felt like it.
i haven’t posted in ages. but i’m leaving a little note tonight. hope all is well ….wow, how do i still have followers? thanks so much for sticking around. it’s been about a year i guess….

Life?
Isn’t it funny how life presents tragedy at times when certain areas of your life need clarity? Such is true of last week….and yet….everything all works out. Life works out a path for you …and I am living , right in the now, in the present….and I feel love and I am so happy.
